Toolkit: How Citizens can Make a Difference through Public Hearing

Citizens can participate and make a tremendous difference during and after the public hearing. First, during the public hearing, a memorandum can be submitted highlighting the issues that need urgent attention and sections to be deleted. The Committee will allow oral presentation for those who indicate interest. Interested individuals, groups and organizations can send their Memorandum electronically.
