POSITION: Front Desk Officer/Administrative Assistant
Josephine is an enthusiastic and self-driven professional with eight years’ work experience in multiple industries ranging from telecommunications and energy sectors to the shipping industry. She has worked in Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, Communications, Human Resources and Administrative roles and is dedicated to helping customers find solutions to problems they are encountering.
At Yiaga Africa, she offers administrative assistance and performs a range of human resource tasks in the organization’s daily operations, including hiring procedures, keeping files, organizing training and benefit initiatives, dealing with staff inquiries, and providing general Human Resource & Administration support.
Josephine had her primary and secondary education in Kainji, Niger State before proceeding to the University of Jos where she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication.
