Ufuoma Eguriase is a media and communications expert with a passion for social media interventions, behaviour change initiatives and liberal feminist issues.
Her previous experience as a broadcast journalist has given a deep background of storytelling and narrative skills for broadcast and print purposes. She worked in the terrestrial radio sector for over 9 years, producing radio dramas, human angle audience participatory programmes and open town halls for good governance and development.
As a Media and Innovation Officer for Yiaga Africa, she produces content for the organisation’s social media and organises media campaigns for advocacy projects.
Ufuoma was born and raised in Lagos State. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Theatre Arts from the University of Benin and a Strategic Media Arts Masters degree in view from the University of Abuja.
