In the lead-up to the 2027 general election, prominent opposition figures, including Atiku Abubakar, Peter Obi, and Nasir El-Rufai, have united to form a coalition aimed at challenging President Bola Tinubu’s administration. Alongside these developments, other significant issues have arisen, such as the call to restore suppressed constituencies in Kogi State and the controversy surrounding the exclusion of statutory delegates from party primaries.
