Yiaga Africa is a non-governmental organization established in 2007 committed to the principle of Transparency and accountability by promoting democratic governance, human rights and youth civic participation.
Yiaga Africa invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from Automobile dealers and Companies with business license/base station/business area in Abuja for the Purchase official vehicle under our EU-SDGN project in Abuja.
The Expression of Interest shall contain information on the following:
a.) Vehicle Type
b.) Vehicle Year
c.) Milleage
d) colour of vehicle (Full details in the Annex).
The Expression of Interest shall be submitted in original and received either by hand or through mail to our office address at No 3 Frantz Fanon 17th Road 3rd Avenue Gwarimpa Abuja or email to vendor@yiaga.org on or before 3rd May 2022. Late submission will be rejected.
On the basis of the above information, Yiaga Africa shall draw up the shortlist of Companies/Vendors. Only short-listed Companies/Vendors will be contacted and registered in Yiaga Africa vendor list and requested to submit technical and/or financial proposals.
Interested vendor may obtain further information from Yiaga Africa procurement department by email through vendor@yiaga.org on or before Thursday 5th May 2022
Yiaga Africa reserves the right to accept or reject any Expression of Interest, and to annul the selection process and reject all Expression at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Companies/Service Providers.
